These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Lengths by CJP as a hair extension technician. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all new hair extension bookings.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the fitting appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once hair has been ordered.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must attend their appointment with clean, product-free hair to ensure the best results.
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being rescheduled and a new deposit required.
- Clients must follow aftercare instructions to maintain the longevity of their extensions.
- Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of fitting.
4. Hair Quality & Aftercare
- Only high-quality hair extensions are used, but longevity depends on proper maintenance.
- Aftercare instructions will be provided, and failure to follow them may affect the lifespan of the extensions.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare, heat damage, incorrect removal, or external factors.
- Once hair is fitted, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
5. Refunds & Liability
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or damage due to improper aftercare.
- If any issues arise, they must be reported within 7 days, and a consultation may be required.
